When I look at members' profiles on Brown Beauty Bloggers, I often wonder where are we headed? Are we a network of bloggers who are only coming up with different looks to demonstrate to one another, or are we really trying to reach the masses? How do we reach the masses? There are so many online opportunities for bloggers out there and I feel like we should be taking advantage of them. If there are any of you who are really interested in beauty writing, we should actually network to help each other out. What do you all think???
I totally agree. I joined this site to network with other bloggers, I want to learn as much as I can and take advantage of the oppurtunities. Any information you have to share please do, and I will do the same. I am making 2009 mine.
i am new to this, however, i think we should come to a general consesus as to what we want to accomplish. what does everyone want to achieve in the end and what do we have to do to get there.
well, i have to admit, i have been trying to get some help on classes..lessons..products...but im not having much luck. im reaching out to people, but i feel like my hand is stuck in mid-air. i am a newbie and i can hardly apply eye shadow, i dont know what im doing wrong. i feel like i need some hands on, but i dont know where to go. any information would be deeply appreciated.
For me, I am wanting to reach the masses. I want to create great blog content for women in my area to want to go to on a regular basis. There are some beauty blogs that I consistently go to all the time just because I learn alot from them. I want to do the same for the average woman here in my area (or anywhere) so that I will be there make-up go to person.
Maybe if we all post what we really want, we can visit each others blog and critique. My blog is fairly new, so I can use some critiquing. I am working on doing tutorials. I think that's what people really want.
