Hi Veronica,
Thanks for the friend request. Glad to meet you here on Brown Beauty Bloggers. Connect with me here at any time. Continue to be beautiful and blessed.
That sounds great Roni! I'm in the Overbrook area. I need some makeup buddies because I just love it so much, and I'm usually on my own with it. Are you on twitter?
Thank you...yea, it took a lot of tries on the camera to just get these decent pictures :o)
I have a makeup blog and a girlie blog with a friend...
http://www.makeupcrazie.blogspot.com/
On the Right side...click on wish list wednesdays and one of those entries discusses makeup books and has pictures of them.
If you go into "about me"...
you can locate my other blog...
Oh, no...I haven't bought any makeup videos although i wish to. I guess the lady used white on the eyelid to make the eye shadows have more vibrancy and the gel could have been to help it last longer...
Im guessing because i haven't seen it before.
:o)
:o)
I use a crappy ass camera... Its a Kodak Easyshare DX7630 6.1 Mega pixels. I so badly want a new one where my pictures aren't blurry when real close up. But I tried to make bullshit into fertilizer...and work with what I have. I'm going to try and invest in a better one next month though :o)
Hi :o)
Well, I did a lot of reading...anything I could get my hands on. I bought some makeup books (I posted a whole list of makeup books in a blog post on my blog), researched the internet and watched a lot of makeup tutorials from real makeup artists on youtube. Not to mention I practiced on anyone that would let me...like insane practice...even on myself. I'd walk around the house in full makeup...and my family would look at me crazy...but I needed to practice, so I did :o) I take pictures of every makeup look I do on myself (which is usually a theme) and I post it on my facebook/myspace...and a lot of my friends know photographers and people of that nature and really put in a good word for me... So right now...im starting off small. I do TFP for a photographer and stuff like that. I'm waiting on my business cards to come and then I'll become more out there...and I won't stop there. I'm building my freelance thing slowly but surely... why not? If others can...why cant I??? :o)
I really hope this helped :o)
sorry for such a LONG response :o)
